TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

By entering or otherwise accessing this site, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service.

This agreement between Genxeffect.com, Genxeffect, HediTedi, HediTedi Entertainment, HTe, Golden G Award(s), HediTedi.com, its assigns, future holders, and heirs hereinafter referred to as HediTedi, Hedi, Hedi's, HTe, HTe's, and HediTedi's and you - the HediTedi.com web site surfer hereinafter referred to as you and your.

YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO ENTER THE SITE

You will be bound by the following agreement for the life of this web site and/or any future derivation of this web site. You will abide by the spirit as well as the letter of the law. If ever a conflict shall arise between HTe and you, you will defer to the jurisdiction of the courts of The Great State of Maryland, U.S.A. ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY. You agree to allow HTe up to one year or as long as permitted by law to resolve any dispute you may have with HTe. You will not assume, infer, or otherwise fabricate conclusions about any items directly or indirectly addressed in this agreement. Duplicating this agreement in any manor will bind you to its terms.

INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS

HTe is a new concept on the Internet. All designs, logos, ideas, music, derivatives, and all other future conception of ideas, and all other types of information, etc. otherwise unmarked by trademark, service mark, or copyright belong exclusively to HTe. All infringement will be prosecuted. You agree to allow and we reserve the right to delay prosecution

Any unauthorized reproduction of printed materials sold by HTe will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by Maryland State Law and United States Federal Law. You hereby indemnify HTe and its sponsors from all such liabilities seen or unseen. Copyrights, Service Marks, and Trademarks will be honored and respected on HTe web site(s). Any infringements whether on or off HTe's network will be reported to the proper authorities. HTe will actively assist law enforcement to apprehend law breakers including providing personal information as permitted by Maryland State Law and United States Federal Law.

You will not duplicate any part or parts of this web site's content, concept, et al. without written permission from HTe and/or its sponsors and/or other HTe approved appropriate authority.  Information gathered on HTe websites must credit HTe and/or the appropriate HTe entity for the material.  Any infringement will be prosecuted.

HTe VENTURES

HTe Ventures will be governed by HTe's Terms Of Service agreement in addition to any other enforceable agreements. HTe reserves the right to amend any written agreement in the event of the discovery of conflicting language, etc.

LIABILITY

The HTe Terms Of Service Agreement will be updated from time to time as HTe deems necessary. You agree to check this page frequently for updates to this agreement for which you are liable. HTe is not liable for any damages of any kind occurring from any information or service provided or otherwise transmitted from this web site including virus dissemination, any new form of virus dissemination, any form of cyber attack originating inside/outside of the HTe network, legal or other damages resulting from any type of usage of HTe products and/or services.

HTe does not give advice nor does HTe warranty or guarantee the information disseminated in article form on Genxeffect.com or HediTedi.com.

You assume all responsibility for any contract or other legal agreement which may arise from using the HTe web site. HTe does not warranty or guarantee information in any way. HTe's liability will be no more than written contractual agreements signed by both parties if any.

HTe ONLINE STORE

Items purchased in the HTe Online Store will be subject to the HTe store policy which is provided by Cafepress.com, and which limits HTe's and Cafepress.com's liability to no more than your purchase price minus shipping and handling.

LIABILITY TO ADVERTISERS

Advertisers will not be reimbursed for server down time originating outside of the HTe network. Advertisers will be compensated if the problem arises inside HTe's network.

PRIVACY POLICY

With your permission, HTe will distribute your personal information from time to time when it is necessary to fulfill your request for service. We do not distribute or sell your information. Read our complete privacy policy.

SPONSORSHIP(S)

HTe may elect to sponsor you from time to time. Any sponsorship provided through HTe may be terminated by HTe at any time without prior notice. No part or portion of an HTe sponsorship agreement shall be deemed to be owed to you by HTe. No items unincluded by inference are included in this agreement. You hereby indemnify and relieve HTe and its sponsors for any part and/or parts of this agreement which shall be deemed unlawful, and you agree to be bound by all remaining parts of any agreements if applicable.

MEDIA DOWNLOADS

HTe grants you the right to download ONE copy of any MP3 or other media marked for download and found on HTe for PERSONAL USE ONLY.  Personal use DOES NOT INCLUDE any public exhibitions whatsoever. You are authorized to burn 1 copy of any MP3 or other media marked for download and found on HTe for PERSONAL USE ONLY.  Personal use DOES NOT INCLUDE any public exhibitions whatsoever.   ANY INFRINGEMENT WILL BE PROSECUTED.

LINKING TO HTe

HTe DOES NOT ALLOW LINKS TO ANY PART OF HEDITEDI.COM WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING WRITTEN PERMISSION. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Any other method of linking to HTe is a violation of this agreement. You may not embed or use embedding technology to link to HTe without written permission from HTe. You must immediately remove any links to HTe upon request from HTe. Failure to remove links from web sites or other media hosted by you will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

USE OF IMAGES

HTe uses images to convey stories and themes to you. HTe gives credit to all known image makers and/or the person or persons in any image as a rule when HTe is aware of the source. If HTe uses an image without giving appropriate credit, e-mail CustomerService@HediTedi.com with a full description of the issue. HTe will rectify it as soon as possible. If HTe is using an image that you would like to have removed, e-mailCustomerservice@HediTedi.com with a full description of the issue. HTe will remove the image as soon as possible. Any images taken or provided by employees of HTe are HTe property, and will be treated as such.
